Clinic Themes & Titles

Each clinic theme is tailored to both age groups with age-appropriate titles.

Technique Group Titles & Descriptions

Week 1 | Stroke Stars - Focus will be on balance, head and hip alignment, and introductory drills that help young swimmers feel more efficient in the water – in all four strokes.

Week 2 | Launch & Glide Lab - Swimmers will learn how to dive with confidence, streamline with purpose, and kick underwater like a rocket.

Week 3 | Flip & Finish Factory - Swimmers will practice flip turns, open turns, and stroke-to-stroke transitions.

Week 4 | Race Day Ready! - Swimmers will put all their progress into action through short, exciting race sets. They’ll learn how to finish strong, stay calm behind the blocks, and control their stroke from start to finish.

Advanced Group Titles & Descriptions

Week 1 | Skills Primer - This clinic builds the foundation for fast, efficient swimming. Athletes will work on posture, distance per stroke, bodyline, and stroke rhythm and stroke tempo - in all four strokes.

Week 2 | Starts & Underwater Mastery - A high-performance dive and underwater day—featuring block starts, breakout timing, and dolphin kick progressions.

Week 3 | Turns & Transitions - This session emphasizes fast, tight, and efficient turns in all strokes. IM transitions, breakout management, and finishing precision.

Week 4 | Race Execution & Sprint Day - The final clinic ties everything together—stroke skills, start speed, turn timing, and pacing. Athletes will simulate race conditions with structured sprint sets and guided recovery. Classroom time will focus on race prep, pacing mindset, and visualization.

All swimmers—regardless of group—will receive video feedback as part of their clinic experience. Athletes will be filmed during key technical moments such as starts, turns, and stroke execution. This allows swimmers to visualize their performance and continue improving beyond the pool.
